Thanks to Charlie Gibson, we now know that Palin is an idiot.... she doesn't even know what the Bush Doctrine is.... what an embarassment Palin is to American women who are actually intelligent and qualified to do more than be a brood sow barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen.

She doesn't just embarrass American women! I think it's Americans across the board. I bet even hunters and fishers would cringe at the body language - hunched over, shaking her fist...

For me, the oddity was her constant "Charlie." Did that get on your nerves, too? I found myself wondering what it meant.

Of course, none of that matters to the Right, they are just as cretinous as Palin. The real question is how the Independents will react.

I admire you for the strong stomach. I couldn't watch. We watched The Machinist. Unsettling and frightening. Highly recommended. I'd rather be scared by fiction than truth.

Frankly, I 'm not sure whether I would know what the Bush Doctrine is off the top of my head either. If it would have been along the lines of "What is your opinion of the President Bush's stated position that we can enage in preemptive military action even against our potential enemies who have not yet attacked us?"

Saying you're free to do whatever the hell you want whenever the hell you want to hardly qualifies as a "doctrine."

And I don't think you can attribute a "Doctrine" to a man who probably doesn't know what the word means.
