Presidental Temperment Wins in Debate. What is the X-Factor for VP Debate?
I, like most other people, had been nervously excited about Friday’s debate. I thought that this (and the three forthcoming debates) would be the most important milestone in this epic campaign season. I learned, though, that the debate is incredibly important for a reason that I did not expect. It was not because of the candidates’ arguments or the spin that followed the debates. Last Friday’s debate showed me that the only substantive impact of the debate is which candidate looks more presidential.
