Pre-Condition for signing any kind of deal on current financial crisis.
Whatever said and done ,it is inevitable that congressional democrats have to sign a deal with the current administration .
No democrat should sign the bill ,unless the following pre-conditon is satisfied.
President Bush calls a press conference with the following attendees.President Bush,vice president Cheney ,Grover Norquistand the republican candidates McCain and Palin.
First Grover Norquist should come to the stage and say "Goverment is not the problem.Efficiently run government can a be tool to bring prosperity and social order(or something like that,you get the picture)"
Then the President ,vice president ,McCain and Palin should come to the microphone and say "I'm ------- and I approve this message" one after the other".
Then the signing of the deal can happen.
