Obama running ads in SW Missouri

avatar

Obama is running ads on the broadcast channels in Springfield at
least.  I was surprised to see them.  This is Roy Blunt's district and
went for Bush 70-30.

I know earlier on people were concerned
that Obama wasn't spending enough in Missouri.  Anyone know if that has
changed, or if individual perception of the amount that Obama has been
spending is skewed based on the view from KC and the Lou?

Anyway, I think it is a good sign that he really intends to contest the state.

It's all turning blue man. That map will look like a blueberry after this race.

He's also running radio spots here in Philly stating that electing McCain with result in a ban on abortion - and plays audio quotes of McCain saying that he wants to overturn Roe v. Wade.

That's what I wanted to see.

McBush has signed his soul over to the far right devil - and now is the time to make him pay.

You can't get elected President if you run on a platform of overturning Roe v. Wade.

I suspect that McBush will get a small bounce of sorts after his speech tonight, but after that it will be quickly downhill right up to election time.

Voters in the middle are going to be moving to Obama on the abortion issue, if they haven't already.
