Does Anybody out there know what is required for a TAXPAYER SUIT? And don't say 2 pieces of Plasterboard and a couple pieces of string.
I'm serious what would it take to block this bailout if they allow any of the money to go to salaries or bonuses, or some other fool thing?

Dude, I don't think you understand this 'bailout'. The gov't is buying for pennies on the dollar assets backed by mortgages, assets that will likely increase in value substantially in a few years. So the gov't will make a fortune. But that's not good enough for Dodd, he wants the companies to also give up an equal dollar amount of stock. So, in effect the companies are giving away assets under the dem version, instead of just selling them at a low price. This is why the markets are dropping now, because no one will participate in such a stupid plan, and the entire economy will go back to collapsing.

Oh and by the way if we BAIL them out doesn't that mean they would go out of business anyways? Yea I think they should suffer A LOT! In particular I think we should go and TAKE the homes and holdings of ALL these CEOs. A lot of jurisdictions will take all you own for having a joint in your possession and wasn't what these guys did exponentially worse? And no you can't blame John Q. Public for taking out loans they couldn't afford I have some first hand experience with being told "here take this ARM and I'll refinance it for you in 18 months". Heard the same thing from 7 different lenders when I did my home.

Do you think we should be hiring the same people that got us in this mess to get us out?
Just curious did you see my Hillbilly for Obama post? I was expecting commentary from you on that one.
