Dear Media: 10 Simple Questions for Sarah Palin (if you could ask them)
Unbelievably we have to wait 12 more days until Sarah Palin sits down for even a semblance of a serious interview.
This time with Katie Couric at CBS.
As voters, the American people are entitled to know where Sarah
Palin stands on the issues. In particular, in her OWN words, where she
falls in the spectrum compared to George Bush, her running mate, and her opponents.
Since time is so limited, I propose 10 Questions. All could be answered
with a yes or no response leaving plenty of time in
an interview for continued lifestyle discussion so we can 'really get
to know' Sarah.
1. Bush Doctrine (now that you know what it is). Support yes or no?
2. Suspension of Habeas Corpus for prisoners within the military system. Yes or no?
3. As policy, continued legitimization/legalization of torture. yes or no?
4. Privatization of Military with the likes of blackwater. yes or no?
5. Guantanamo Bay. Keep open or close down?
6. Federal Minimum Wage. Keep as is? Lower or raise?
7. Current Cafe standard in cars? Keep as is or raise? If raise, how much?
8. Keep tax structure (breaks) for oil companies as is? Increase breaks? Remove Breaks?
9. If an aids charity In Africa, which is wholly or partially funded by the United States, is distributing condoms as part
of their work in preventing aids do you keep funding, increase, or pull it?
10. Do you support the continued surveillance of American Citizens?
