Clueless on foreign policy attack ad now!
Attack McCain on his perceived strength, his foreign policy.
He was caught on tape being clueless about Shia/Sunni.
Now he doesn't even know who our allies are, again caught on (audio) tape.
This is a total gift.

No, no, no. There was no gaffe. The problem is that "Spain" can mean a lot of different things.
Were they asking him whether he would meet with the leader of Andalusia? Or the leader of the Pays Basque?
It's ambiguous. I don't think anyone could have answered that question.

Ah yes, or maybe he was confused about the borders of Spain. He was born before the Spanish-American War, right?
