As predicted, McCain bounce now over, Obama retaking the lead
As I predicted over the weekend the 'Palin Bounce' has now become the 'Palin Anchor', which shall slowly drag down his numbers until November.
The reason is simple, Palin has reminded the same social conservatives who were excited by Palin that she isn't their nominee, McCain is. Palin shall forever hence contrast a "real conservative" with what McCain is, essentially a RINO.
Additionally, the fiscal conservative wing is freaking out. Romney (the fiscal conservative Jesus) lambasted the McCain/Palin economic policies and statements only a few days ago.
The economy is a winning issue, and Dems should push to flip the fiscal conservatives to their column. Dare we hope for a Romney endorsement of Obama?
