A Lovely, Presidential Moment
Did anyone else notice Obama's response when McCain stumbled when attempting to say 'Ahmedinejad'? No flicker of contempt, or humor--only compassion. He just said, softly, 'that's a tough one.'
Strong and compassionate. I love this guy. He may have an Islamic-sounding name, but he's 's a mensch.

Did you hear McCain say "horseshit" twice when Obama was talking about McCain's comments about Zapatero?

There are some who see this quality in Obama as portraying weakness. I don't agree. It's a sign of character and it conveys a deeper strength than the false machismo that the McCain camp tosses around. I think that, ultimately, it will prove to have served him well.
