16 More Years of Republicans
Thanks Senators Kennedy, Kerry, and the entire geriatric Rat Pack.
It just galled you presidential losers, didn't it? You'd rather
America float away in a sea of blood red than see the Junior Senator
from NY get what you could not have.
You all made snide comments when she walked by. Her energy and
intelligence made your necks stiffen.
Good work, pals. It took disenfranchising voters in two states, but
you beat that bitch, didn't you?
And now, look what McCain pulled out of his hat. An energetic,
strong, intelligent right winger. And an attractive one at that.
A Republican Bill Clinton to make dull, mild-talking Obama smell like
yesterday's garlic chicken.
The humor in all of this is how Obama was so certain of his election,
he (taking strong advice from the senate geezer's club) bypassed
the ONE person who could have gotten him elected.
Very forward thinking. After all, who would want HER offering advice
when you're trying to be president. You'll be elected because you're
just so irresistible, Obama.
She won the popular vote. She won the key blue states. Had Clinton
not had the primary stolen from her, she would have been president.
But that would have created a stir among the old men in the senate.
Not only would she be our next president, Obama would be the first
black VP. And in 8 years, he would run, and assuming he didn't pull
any more Rezko shenanigans, he would be our first elected black
president.
But that required a little forward thinking. And that is just not
Obama's strong suit.

I am not going to reflect on whether your comments are true or not, it is enough that you believe in what you wrote.
And I will not tell you who to vote for, if you choose to go with the Palin/McCain ticket in protest or to see a woman elevated to the executive branch, that is certainly your right.
But, if for no other reason than the potential selection of a Supreme Court Justice I encourage you to think through the consequences of a McCain presidency. The Republicans have made a mockery of the idea and tagline "Country First". I just hope that as Hillary supporters and Democrats or moderate independents we can show the true meaning of putting country ahead of our personal feelings and disappointments and support Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

If you choose to make that happen, you have to live with the consequences: More war, global warming, abortion bans, discrimination, corruption, religious fanaticism.

Stolen?? She LOST. 48%-52% is a loss. But the larger point is:
If Hillary lost to this Obama you disdain so much, how could she expect to beat the GOP??
This formidable image of Hillary you have is counterfactual. If she was so tough and savvy, she would have pummeled Obama, and she didn't.
