His speech was actually great but at least on CSpan the mumbling of the crowd really affected the delivery. It has annoyed me throughout because even if the people in the room don't want to listen, I do.

Reid gave a speech even Clearthinker would like.

I've heard some fairly good speeches, but on PBS the crowd has seemed listless. I think they're saving it for the big dog.
