On the lighter side of things I'd like to point out that we are currently losing badly to the Republicans in the number of "candidate brandishing firearms" photographs available to reassure a sanguinary public.  The one of Palin in camo wielding a massive automatic rifle will be hard to beat.  Maybe Obama could appear in a full suit of armor slicing through a marble statue with a samurai sword, or Biden could fire a bazooka in the direction of France wearing aviator shades.
