The king of no substance is John McCain; all tactics and no over arching strategies. Whatever he heard last is what he goes with. It's tiresome to hear him say over and over - " I know how to do this or I know how to fix that" without ever following up with details. That's offering nothing but slogans. I don't think he knows as much as he'd like us to think he does. Time to tell us how Johnny boy!
