I agree. I was going to make exactly the same post.
Folks in the rest of the world understand what most folks in the USA don’t. That is that the heavy hand of USA power has too often been used, whether covertly or overtly, in other nations to suppress popular movements and democratically elected governments to secure and ensure markets for USA business. The results, particularly in Latin America, have been the endurance of rich oligarchs, poverty stricken populations, and the stunting of the economic development.

Bill reminded me why I used to love him and he and Hillary healed my feelings. I am very grateful. Time for all of us to get to work! Register some high school seniors or college students to vote and then make sure they make it to the polls. Talk to everybody you meet. There's a lot at stake and it could be the death of someone if we get it wrong this time. It's already been the death of over 4,000 someones.

This was my favorite quote, too. I thought it was along the lines of some of the big presidential quotes throughout history. We have nothing to fear but fear itself. Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country. And, People the world over have always been more impressed by the power of our example than by the example of our power.
Bill really impressed me tonight, and I was ready to not like him. Seriously WELL DONE.
