I just wonder did Face the Nation call Barack Obama and ask him to a appear on Sunday and Obama said "Sorry I can not make, I choose Wes Clark to be there instead of myself"...I think not. I think the MSM and the McCain campaign itself is confusing supporter with surrogate. If anything CBS chose Wes Clark to be the surrogate...not the Obama campaign....

Good point. And can you for one moment imagine Obama choosing Lanny Davis to be his surrogate on FAUX?
