Sorry, but once again I have been unable to post a complete blog. The software here sucks!
Introducing the new and improved John McCain
McCain 2.0
Yes, the Senator appears to be much more self-assured, a new twinkle in his eye, a certain briskness in his step. It’s a John McCain we’ve never witnessed before. Could it be that someone is injecting him with performance-enhancing steroids?
Actually, we have Republican campaign consultant Brett O’Donnell to thank for improving the old guy’s speech and performance. Yes, it has been O’Donnell’s monumental task to make McCain’s appearances more appealing to those who have thus far been bored out of their skulls by his meandering style. Additionally, former FOX News producer, Greg Jenkens has been brought in to improve the production and staging of McCain’s campaign events. He has the task of transforming McCain’s appearance into a major newsworthy event. Now, every time we witness a McCain event, we will expect to see the Senator break out into song and dance with chorus girls, a Busby Berkeley musical (from his era).
Kinda like putting lipstick on a pig!
However, the McCain make-over isn’t going over well with some of the old-timers.
But, wasn’t that the problem?

His campaign is also cutting off the media access so they can better control the message. I wonder if this "base" will still wax poetic for him in every article when the access train has been closed for business.
