Dick Cheney: Worst human being to ever serve in executive branch
I know we have had some real losers in the executive branch over the last two hundred and twenty one years, but I think Dick "Dark Side" Cheney might be the worst of them all. Of course, Darth Vader claims to be a branch of government all to his own.

Anyway, in my lifetime I never thought I'd see a worse Pres-Vice Pres-AG combination than we had with Nixon-Agnew-Mitchell....
Until we got Bush-Cheney-Gonzales/Mukasey.
So I would say, yes...he is the worst, at least in my lifetime.

Tankard is often described in terms of his current state of frenzy, but seldom is the word "creation" included in the description. More often, expressions such as "out-of-control," "masturbatory," and "fevered" appear as modifiers in such remarks.

Agreed. It's hard to tell if Bush is malicious or just negligent, but Cheney is definately malicious.
