Yesterday SF for Obama sent out their newsletter announcing among other things a GOTV operation in San Francisco, requesting volunteers for precinct captains.
Kerry got 83% of the vote and the Dems haven't had a real GOTV General Election operation in the City in the 30 years I have lived here.
