Alleged War Crimes Evidence: Communication Between DC-DOJ and Remote US Attorney-DoJ Leadership
War crimes prosecutors will want to exploit the communication challenges within the Department of Justice. Senior leadership and advisers within DoJ have duties and responsibilities within the District of Columbia. However, they're sometimes physically located miles from DC.
The travel arrangements, planning, and complications of interfacing with two different offices will present a potential gold mine for war crimes prosecutors to exploit.
As an example for the JCON review, look for the DOJ Staff review of the following types of files which are located outside DOJ, and indirectly connected with the Andover Law School Dean Velvel:
R:\My Files\Blogspot\Blogltr.EricLichtblau'sDefense.docLook for this in JCON as a key word, DOJ Staff counsel review of their case management files, and intelligence reviews related to this:
R:\My Files\Blogspot\When DOJ Staff leaders and advisers are assigned to locations in the Untied States, they are wearing two hats: Their local hat, where they are assigned; and the second hat, where they provide leadership and advisory functions in DC. Regardless where they are -- traveling, in flight; or at the non-DC location -- they are invariably required to communication through the wires with their other office.
There are two examples which come to mind:
A. William Mercer is the US Attorney for Montana; but is assigned to an advisory position in the Department of Justice;
B. Mary Beth Buchanan is the US Attorney for Western Pennyslvania, but has had an advisor/leadership position in the Executive Office of US Attorneys and the US Attorney's Office.
War crimes prosecutors will want to examine the JCON database system. When the DOJ Staff are traveling, they will invariably make some errors, and accidentally discuss details of issues they had agreed not to document.

I am the Canadian coordinator for the war crimes conference. I am having trouble with Toronto Police protecting me -- yesterday, both me and my son were nearly run over by Blackwater trucks (They've been harassing me since way back in November, and I've nearly been killed twice by MOSSAD !!). They allow my information to be stolen, too, inside my apartment. If anyone would like to assist us, the phone number for my local precinct is 416 808 5300. My son's division was a lot more accomodating when I called them, but they can be reached, too, at
414 808 1300.
Many thanks to anyone who will call them. It's VERY scary going out into the street anymore.
They'll let genocidal maniacs not get charged, but good and decent people are told - "if you have people call, you'll be charged with public mischief" and when I try to file a complaint at the stationhouse they try to charge me with loitering !!
