Two Concerns: Why ask Big Donors To Come to NY and Why Did Obama say They'd Work Together in Nov?
It's being reported that Hillary has emailed all her BIG DONORS to travel to NY for her speech. Why would donors waste more money to hear her "I Concede to Obama" speech?
Secondly, it's also reported that Obama said that He and Hillary would be working TOGETHER in November. What does THAT mean? By Nov 4th if he's won, he no longer NEEDS her (for his campaign). Has he decided to give her the VP slot? Or worse, are supers coming to HER side instead of his?
I hate all this second guessing but I just can't help but worry. Something FISHY is going on with Hillary's plan for a NY speech.

If they were going to announce a "unity ticket" tomorrow night, I imagine they would plan to appear together.

I didn't mean to imply they would do that TOMORROW. I just added that question about Nov to get opinions that maybe Obama's promised her the VP slot if she won't fight the win.

I am very concerned. Concerned about the slowness of supers, concerned he's working the phones today which indicates that the campaign was telling the truth that they did not have this sewn up; concerned about the ARG poll.
I cannot believe this Democratic Party might do what I fear it might do.
I'm totally terrified.

Don't be afraid of the ARG poll. ARG missed Iowa & CT by 16,
missed in the Nevada Republican caucus by 30, had a 25-point miss in the South Carolina Democratic primary, missed in the Illinois Democatic primary by 20. And a week out they were 20 points off in Wisconsin.

Don't be afraid, things will work out... Obama will win.
Now whether Clinton will concede is another case. We just have to get the delegates and that will happen.

But why does she need BIG DONORS at her concession speech? It's over....if he actually gets those delegates he needs.
I know Hillary supporters will be thrilled if Obama gives her the VP slot - but I know I won't be. He'd be foolish.
Yes they would WIN and probably BIG TIME -- but after that, he won't have any control over HER. She will undermine his admin - she's ANGRY and will be for YEARS.

Presumably, to help her retire her campaign debt. As an enticement to her to work hard to unite the party.
I'm concerned, too, but hoping for the best, and believing in her to ultimately do what she knows needs to be done to help the party in the General Election.
