“The Democrats are throwing the election away. And for what? An inadequate black male?”
(This time with a working link!)
I hardly know what to say about this, except maybe we've just witnessed the lights go out for a legitimate female presidential candidacy in our lifetimes. And I'm not talking about Clinton. By crying "sexist" and encouraging her ardent and (mostly) female supporters to do the same while making a spectacle of themselves today, she's set women's advancement in national politics back at least 20 years.

I think there'll be many more women to make a run for president. I don't think neither the reaction to Clinton nor her reaction to losing is going to hurt any woman in the future.

20 years? I think not. Give more credit to the young women out there - and the young men. Hillary's female support is largely women 50+. I have said that this election is generational more than anything else. More than black / white, male / female, etc. While I am not one of them (sigh..) the younger generation of voters is so different than their counterparts of the older gang. Give them their voice and their chance...then again, we don't really have a choice in the matter. And that's a GREAT thing!

What makes me ill about that video is the selfishness. You've been a second rate citizen? Yeah I know it's true, I know you have been, but so have black men, I guess black women would be third class citizens huh?
If we want to look at it this way then someones going to the back of the bus this year. Lovely that we have to see it this way instead of the other way around isn't it?
