Speaking of SCOTUS...
Rumor has it that Sen. Clinton's legal team is working on Clinton vs. Obama. She will claim that delegates from caucus states should not be permitted to vote at the Democratic Convention, that white votes should be counted as 1-2/3 black votes, and that New York, California, Michigan, and Florida should be declared winner-take-all.
The rumor says that the original plan was to file the suit with Justice O'Connor, but on learning that she had retired they decided to go with Justice Ginsberg since she's a woman and was appointed by President Clinton.
Does anyone know whether this is true?
