How many people would vote for a man who survived the Great Flood? That's a poll I must see. But phrased that exact way.

51% of of Democrats believe Hillary should be named as Vice President. 100% of Republicans hope she will.

Sounds like intelligent and good-hearted Americans are in the minority.

But, where is the poll that reflects the Independents leanings? It is their votes that will most likely 'decide' the GE.

But what I think's most significant in this poll is
that Obama's unfavourability has gone way down since it's spike after Pfleger - he's now a point lower than McCain which is quite remarkable given how much higher he was last week - and, miracle of miracles, he rates better in the `shares my values` category.

I think it will be easier on Obama to face one opponent instead of two as he has in the past 2-3 months.

That's why his numbers are going up. Before he was being attacked by two camps.

Ah, another useless plea to have HRC as Obama's VP.

NEVER.
GONNA.
HAPPEN.

Thanks for a good news post! I have always been impressed that you stayed relentlessly positive during this campaign, and I'm glad to see that positive energy turned toward the general election.

I'm still not sold on the unity ticket idea (and it's all just random speculation at this point anyway), but I appreciate the good news.

I think the Hillary-veep thing has been beaten almost as dead as the "popular vote argument" of last week. Can't we get a new horse to beat?
