McCain Supports The GI Bill He Opposed
Here's video of McCain at a town hall meeting listing all the great stuff about the new GI Bill.
That's pretty interesting considering he actively opposed the bill. See him on the campaign trail speaking out against it here.
Is this story old? I never heard of it until today. If it isn't old why isn't it front page? Obama and Dems/the left in general need to hit McCain on this.

Wtf? Obama should rip bush and gi john a new one for this. Josh is sleeping on this. I sent tpm an email about it hours ago. Maybe they will say something by tomorrow.

I really wish this story would get covered. I see TPM picked up the Bush part of giving credit where it isn't due but McCain taking credit for it himself? Cmon that's got a bow on it.

Olbermann did a pretty good job of ripping McCain and Bush a new one on his show tonight.
Jim Webb seemed to be enjoying it, since HE authored the bill.
