Someone's already put up a counter-site to Sen. Obama's fightthesmears.com. (e.g. MO didn't use term "whitey". TRUTH: she called them "crackas")
I haven't checked to see who owns this faux URL, but I'm surprised the Obama people didn't buy all of the extensions!

The Utah guy PRE-selling the implicitly racist sock Obamas doesn't come close to the explicit racism of the fightthe... site. Not that either are mature or acceptable.

I fail to see how one is more explicitly racist than the other. They seem about the same level of offensive to me.

Based on your initial comment, Larry, I expected "cracka" and "Allah Akhbar" references. You and I both think using a monkey to portray Obama is obviously racist, but there are definitely different levels of implicitness/explicitness. We're both still offended, but some people (the Lawsons, for example) will be able to protest that there is no racist motivation.
