DoD Emails: McCain Hires Military Analyst-Connected Communications Director

avatar

Some have been wondering what a McCain Presidency might look like. For starters, Karl Rove is advising McCain. Now, one of the media outlets, linked to the DOD military analysts, is on the McCain Team.
Greenwald via C&L:

Bill Kristol today proudly announces that one of his Weekly Standard staff members, Michael Goldfarb, was just named the Deputy Communications Director of the McCain campaign

5708  shows key names from the Weekly Standard, including Bill Kristol, Fred Barnes, Chrles Krauthammer.
It appears if you want to find out who else might be connected to McCain, you only need to look at the DoD military analyst FOIA.
Information For FOIA
Greenwald contends Army public affairs officer Boylan had leaked false information through Goldfarber:
The leaks by someone in Col. Boylan's Army of highly sensitive documents to Matt Drudge is an extremely serious matter. The same is true for similar, prior leaks -- including ones containing apparently false information -- to The Weekly Standard's Michael Goldfarb, along with"exclusive interviews" given by the Army about Beauchamp to the hardest-core partisan right-wing bloggers.

Greenwald provides some insight into the a redacted office symbol connected with Boyland. Here is how the redacted email was derived; and on page 107 from the NYT FOIA release. If Goldfarber and Boylan were talking via email, as is suspected, then the ISP number to look for in the Weekly Standard email accounts is:
214.13.200.111

The DoD "independent" military analysts were using DoD-connected resources to share this message in 2006, showing they've planned to win in 2008:
There’s not a moment to lose: The conservative coalition needs to revive itself now to win in 08.

One way to "revive" a party is to prevent the DNC from investigating the President, and claiming any DNC led effort to conduct an impeachment inquiry is "partisan." One way of winning is to minimize one's losses, and convince the DNC it is a "problem for the DNC" for there to be an impeachment investigation.
Victory In Minimizing Losses
The question is whether anyone wants to ask for the McCain campaign emails and look for the apparent ongoing connection between the DoD military analysts and the GOP.
- How are the disclosed military analysts using their access to the White House, GOP, and US government to spread partisan messages?

- Are the military analysts still providing propaganda, as Scott McClellan calls their activity, to win the White House?

The DNC is sufficiently distracted, raising (for now) little prospect the McCain campaign will be challenged on the evidence connecting his staff with alleged war crimes, jury tampering, witness intimidation, and  other Geneva violations.
These issues of alleged links between Rove, McCain, and the military analysts to war crimes, FISA violations, POW abuse, and illegal propaganda are not going to go away. The Senators might as well start their investigation now. Inaction would raise the question, as with the US Attorney firings and prosecutions, did the Congress delay action on a war crimes investigation for partisan objectives?
The answer, with deafening silence, "Yes." It's one thing for McClellan to accuse the GOP of a permanent political campaign; Quite another for the DNC to do the same, but pretend it is someone else's fault.  The DNC learned well from Rove.
The public is not required to cooperate with this Congressional malfeasance. Time for the Senators to lead an investigation into these war crimes.
