Clinton Needs Time to Accept the Loss???
A lot of Hillary supporters are saying that Clinton can't just stop on a dime after such a long and hard fought campaign as an excuse for her speech last night. This assumes of course that she truly and honestly had zero opportunity to prepare herself for this outcome. She has been mathematically disadvantaged in this race for 3 or 4 months now so does that mean that she prevented herself from accepting the reality of the situation?
I personally just don't get it to be honest. I can't imagine that she didn't know that her chances have been very slim for some time now so how is it possible that this outcome is so shocking to her that she needs such time to accept it? The only other option of course is that she knows exactly what she is doing and is trying to manipulate the situation for the VP spot or something else.

John...he got half the votes and she got half of the votes. If he wants to have a chance to win in Nov, he would be wise to negotiate with her to gain as many of her voters as possible along with her enthusiastic support, don't you think?

She wanted to be president.
She wants to be veep, which means she could be President either later or after tragedy.
But she needs days, or maybe weeks, to handle a loss that has been clearly coming for months?
How, exactly, is she ready to respond to Pearl Harbor, a missile crisis, a terrorist attack?

I happen to think that she is both strong and smart which makes me think that she is manipulating the situation.
