So, the fact that a major political party in the United States has just nominated an African American candidate for president either hasn't sunk in yet, or really doesn't matter.

I am leaning towards it not mattering.

The country has all to much at stake.  The GOP has a candidate who is comfortable running on a platform that is essentially a third term for an administration whose most evil secrets are yet to be revealed, and whose policies have made most American's lives harder.

His proposals are profane; suggesting the continuation of these policies is offensive and utterly unAmerican.

It is clear that America must change its current course for future generations.  John McCain - Unwilling to Change!
