And then there were two...
So, the fact that a major political party in the United States has just nominated an African American candidate for president either hasn't sunk in yet, or really doesn't matter.
I am leaning towards it not mattering.
The country has all to much at stake. The GOP has a candidate who is comfortable running on a platform that is essentially a third term for an administration whose most evil secrets are yet to be revealed, and whose policies have made most American's lives harder.
His proposals are profane; suggesting the continuation of these policies is offensive and utterly unAmerican.
It is clear that America must change its current course for future generations. John McCain - Unwilling to Change!

So true. I finally realize the cruz of the Republican strategy: make the lives of ordinary Americans so hard that they can't contribute to the Democrats, while the Republicans get fat off oil.
