Why Aren't Hillary Supporters Putting Their Money Where Their Mouths are
I've been following the Intrade market for past five months. Over that time, Hillary has never risen above a 10, while Obama has risen from a 33 to a 93 over the same time.
Why aren't Hillary's folks willing to put their money where their mouths are? Why are investors willing to put their money on Obama?
Clearly, the Hillary crowd is all hot air... they don't have the testicular fortitude to actually risk anything.
How very sad.... seems that Billary doesn't get it.

I have also been following intrade. Obama definitely has strong hands invested in his stock, so when 'scandals' like Wright were erupting, you saw very few traders bail out of his stock. And of those that did, Clinton SPLIT the newly available pool with Gore.
In fact, Clinton is running far closer to Al Gore.
So, I ask, why is the media not reporting on the horse race between Clinton and Gore - both far, far behind front runner Obama?

Very interesting about the lack of post here. Personally, you'd expect to see a comment or two from those who would have a vested interest in her campaign, someone willing to go against the marker, but there isn't. I hate to say it, but the truth can always be found by following the money. Always has been, always will be. Money doesn't follow losing causes, and money detects strife. If there was an actual fear about his nomination chances, his rating would be considerably lower, but it isn't. So, how does one explain that? How does one reconcile that there are supposedly so many that won't vote for him, amongst democrats, but yet the value isn't falling, but actually rising? There really is only one way to analysis this; Barack will achieve the nomination of the Democrat Party, democrats will rally around him because the other options they have available are untenable, and that most of the news about internal party strife are nothing more than a very vocal minority expressing sour grapes, as well as the vocal sputtering of a dieing campaign. Pro Patria!

Congratulations on your post. You are clearly making progress. You have somewhat decreased the passive aggression while greatly increasing the open bitterness and hostility. Keep up the good work. When Obama wins the nomination be sure to keep a pencil handy. Place it between your teeth so you don't bite your tongue while you type.

It is finally beginning to dawn on me that many of Hillary's supporters are rational people who intend to support the party's nominee, who happens to be Barack Obama. I know it seems like decades ago, but remember that before the Clinton campaign started playing its flush of identity politics cards, exit polls showed that the vast majority of democratic voters would have been happy to vote for whichever of the two candidates won.
In short, the Clinton supporters who post on the internet appear to be a cultish minority. The rest of them are democrats who preferred Clinton during the primaries, but are not sticking around to watch the 11th inning in a came that Obama already won after 9.
