What will West Virginia Democrates do????

Looking at the polls, everything shows that Hillary Clinton will win HUGE in West Virginia.....

She will win that state by a bigger marign then what Obama won North Carolina.

ARG shows her betting Obama by 43 points
Clinton: 66%.... Obama: 23%

TSG shows her betting Obama by 40 points
Clinton: 63%....Obama: 23%

Suffolk shows her betting Obama by 36 points
Clinton: 60%....Obama: 24%

Rasmussen Report shows her betting Obama by 29 points.
Clinton: 56%.... Obama: 27%

MBE shows her betting Obama by 38 points
Clinton: 56%....Obama: 18%

All the above calls were released between May 4th to May 12th.

Can West Virginia change the minds of super delegates and other states that have to vote between May & June??? I believe it will:)

Here's the thing, it doesn't change the math. But it's great that Hillary has so much support from West Virginia and Kentucky.

And is there a reason that she's "betting" Obama instead of beating him?

Clinton will win with a significant margin--a land slide, if you will. No, this victory will not change the political alignment but it might help to boost the morale of Clinton supporters and the campaign (albeit, briefly). Unfortunately, I don't think the SDs are looking anymore for evidence or an excuse to to move in significant numbers towards Clinton. I do really want Clinton supporters enjoy the victory because this has been a long and hard fought campaign.

West Virginia has only 27 pledged delegates to award. Obama has picked up 25 superdelegates in the past week. Even if Hillary was awarded all 27 in WV, the super pickup by Obama this past week has already negated the WV win.

Honey, you could start by learning how to spell Democrat.

You are truly hurting right now. I really feel kind of sorry for Hillary supporters who just refuse to look at the facts. As Opus pointed out, WV has a whopping 27 delegates to award, and even if she wins all of them (which she won't), it won't make a dent in Obama's lead. Next week is Kentucky and Oregon, and he's going to win Oregon by a large margin, which will put the race totally out of reach for her. No matter how you spin WV and Kentucky, it's not going to happen. The supers aren't going to suddenly have a "Hillary epiphany" based on WV or Kentucky - she has been slated to win that state for months and it will come as no surprise. Obama has picked up I think 4 or 5 superdelegates today, and I imagine that he will continue to do so every day until he gets to 2025.

I say we should let HillaryClinton08 have her dreams. Say what you will about whether her optimism is misplaced, but I'm grateful that this poster has retained her (or his) positivity throughout this all. I can't remember any negative comments about Obama coming from her, and for that she has earned my respect.

Oh. Now you only respect people who don't make negative comments. Thanks for raising the bar, man.

If I only respected people who don't make negative comments, then I'm afraid I'd be unable to respect myself…

I think Democrates should join with Aristophanes, Zeno and all the ancient Greeks, and vote for Obama!
