The Predictive Science

I suppose polling is scientific, but if that is the science that was used to prove evolution I’m gonna become a doubter.:-)

My mother is the only one in my family who has ever been polled. And that was once. Back in 2000 or 2004. Since then she's received robocalls but nothing else.

No one else in my family, not one of the coworkers I talk politics with (and that's quite a lot), nor any of the bloggers I blog with, have ever been polled.

I have a cell phone, non-listed, and I joined the Do Not Call list the day I got my phone. My boyfriend, same. One of my sisters uses a cell phone only, the other uses her cable company's phone service plus a cell phone. No listed numbers. Most college students I know have cell phones, not land lines.

I don't believe these polls factor any of this in.
