Propaganda
This has probably already been noted, but it hasn't seemed to have made the talking heads' circuit, yet.
In another example of media missing-the-boat or having ignored the obvious, how is it that this quote wasn't commented on at the time (much) and seems not to be part of every rebuttal of those who attack Scott McClellan's shocking (said sarcastically) assertion that the President might have used propaganda in selling the war. The dimwit admitted such, in no uncertain terms, in 2005. At the time, it shocked me, but not as much as the media's ho-humming of the admission. In the words of Vampire Buffy: "Does the word 'duh' mean anything to you?"
Here it is:
"See, in my line of work you got to keep repeating things over and over and over again for the truth to sink in, to kind of catapult the propaganda."—George W. Bush: Greece, N.Y., May 24, 2005

Yeah, I think that line is going to, has got to screw him in the history books.
Also, his frequent use of the word "awesome", which the Daily Show slammed him on last night. We have a president who called the Pope's speech "awesome." wonderful.
