President, White House Counsel Under Investigation For Alleged Illegal Propaganda, Illegal Warfare
The President of the United States, senior civilian and military personnel, civilian policy advisers, and legal counsel to the President are under investigation for alleged illegal propaganda during war time. If convicted before a lawful tribunal, the possible punishment is the death penalty.
Multiple investigations are unfolding.
Nuremberg establishes that civilian policy makers, key decision makers, legal counsel, and military officers may be prosecuted for waging illegal warfare.
* Evidence of Alleged Illegal Conspiracy
The DoD email shows the President personally met with White House staff, his legal advisers, NSC personnel, and military analysts. The email on page 120 establishes multiple White House counsel, staff, and public affairs links to the Military Analysts. These offices match the DoJ emails linking the White House staff with the US Attorney firings.
6051 shows the President meeting with military analysts, multiple legal and national security advisers. A sample communications plan shows how the media messages are coordinated. 5393 shows a White House-connected email. 7591 shows the location of the White House staffer when they were assigned to DoD Public Affairs.
5639 shows there was a White House "outreach" program; and this was organized and coordinated with the WH "Radio Day" on October 24, 5504.
* Alleged War Crimes, Propaganda Discovery
7390 shows the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) contains this alleged war crimes evidence. There are embedded codes within a specific document that affirmatively
link the name of the White House staffer, their desk, the time they
updated the document, and their connection with the DoD Public Affairs.
The document was released before these annotations were removed, and is
available for war crimes prosecutors:

You will find the encrypted, still classified data within this document sent between the White House and DoD shows the name of the White House staffer. This name matches the name on the email sent to and from the White House via the US government information systems. These are archived and available through the FOIA process.
The President and his legal counsel must explain in writing to Congress why a formerly assigned DoD public affairs official, subsequently assigned to the White House, was updating a document from a White House computer; but we're asked to believe the White House didn't know about the military analysts the President personally met. This defies reason.
There's been an alleged meeting of at least six (6) people. If proven true, the President could be prosecuted for illegal propaganda in violation of the Smith Act. This may be adjudicated as a war crime.
The Justice Trial establishes legal counsel connected with these alleged war crimes, domestic propaganda, and unlawful activity could also be adjudicated with the death penalty.
* 2008 Presidential Election and President's Military Analysts
The military analysts are part of an ongoing 2008 Presidential bid effort 8 of 125. The DoD email released to the NYT show DoD-connected email discussing politics:
There’s not a moment to lose: The conservative coalition needs to revive itself now to win in 08.It is illegal for official US government resources to be used to disseminate propaganda to affect the outcome of an election or mobilize a nation for illegal warfare.
Someone needs to explain to the public why we should not discuss now a new system of oversight for the United States. The three Senators running for President must discuss now their plans as Senators to investigate. When they show progress as Senators, the public might take seriously their claim they might be a leader.
The Senate has a job to do now. These are issues of war crimes. Without immediate, visible, public action in the Senate to confront these alleged war crimes, this remains on the table.

JNagarya, how about specifics and not just This Guy Sucks? You come across sounding like a jerk instead of someone to add to the discussion. You might as well tell testing he's ugly and his mother dresses him funny.
