Obama on a Roll
Obama clearly did the right thing in denouncing Bush's false and outrageous charges. That McCain immediately chimed in and repeated the false statements shows just how desperate McCain has become. McCain's intellectually bankrupt position on the quagmire in Iraq and blind, unwavering support of Bush won't carry the day in a straight forward debate. McCain's only hope is to repeat false statements about Obama that, of course, go unchallenged in the media.
Kerry was Swift Boated because he failed to respond quickly and forcefully.
Bravo, Obama.

What would happen if a health scare forced McCain out? The way hes aligning himself so close and tightly with Bush and his sub-30% approval rating makes the CT in me sometimes think the GOP has something up their sleeves.

He would drop out to be replaced by . . . what? Remember the GOP primary? The rest of 'em are just as loony.
The only thing they've got up their sleeves are hairy white arms.

I anticipate that whenever we hear Obama make the case that he will indeed protect the country, and McCain has alot to answer for in supporting Bush's failed policies, we are going to be shown pictures of McCain as a POW.
