Obama Beats McCain Among Jewish Voters
In a gallup poll conducted from April 1 to April 30th found Obama beating McCain by a large margin of 61% to 34%. This is based on Democratic and non-Democratic Jewish voters.

That small a difference? Looks like we have to do some work telling all of our grandparents that Obama is not a Muslim for the umpteenth time.

Kerry had something like 70% support from Jewish voters.

Obama will pick up more jewish voters.
in his home state where jewish leaders know him best, he is extremely popular with them.
so once all the voters can finally focus on him vs. mccain i expect him to really pick up his %s among all voting groups.

I just thought of something: The two major centers of Judaism on the east coast are NYC and Boston, both of which went to Clinton, and might still be bitter about Clinton's loss. Add to that the stereotypical Jewish matriarch, and we got ourselves a post-Clinton slump.
