Let a state put the winner over the top.

I think the approach of the supers who want to stay on the sidelines until after the last votes have been cast, and to then use their votes to put someone over the top, is fundamentally flawed.  They should vote now so that those voting in the final primaries and caucuses themselves have that honor.  It'll certainly seem more legitimate to me if that happens.  And it also gives the voters the chance to correct the supers if they think the decisions they are making are fundamentally flawed.  Also, won't it make it more likely that Obama actually caries Montana and South Dakota if the voters there put him over the top on June 3rd, rather than the supers on June 4th.

YES! I've been thinking that for weeks. I don't know why the Supers have not seen the wisdom of your suggestion.
