How Long Does It Take A Democrat To Eat Friggin' Lunch??
It's now almost two hours since the RBC was supposed to resume after the lunch break. Still no sign of them.
My wife says that, in her time at the UN, they would hold committee meetings in the morning, cut all the deals at lunch time, and come back for "public debate" as a mere formality. Could be that the same is happening here.

Well, you know, it's one of those 5 martini lunches. This IS DC, after all.
CSPAN says that they're deliberating privately.
They're hashing it all out and then they're going to come back and tell us their individual positions and their final decision.

The meeting did last for, what, six hours? They likely missed breakfast, so they had a big lunch.
Fingers crossed they took the extra time to beat the poo out of Icky Ickes.
The llama cat and I are going to make Icky Ickes t-shirts and bumper stickers if anyone wants one. Although, I don't know if we agreed on "Icky Ickes" or "Ickes is Icky." I know...let's have a t-shirt CONTEST! (yak)

I'd bet the two campaigns are in there and hammering out an agreement. I believe--and someone correct me if I'm wrong--that if the states come to an agreement on their delegate allocations, and the campaigns consent to the agreement, the RBC can avoid doing the deed by decree, and can just allocate the delegates as the states assign them.
Is this based at all in reality?
