Just wait until June 4. The supers will be tripping over themselves to endorse Obama. Only question is, will Hillary give up then? Or will she spend the entire summer trying to change minds? (As in, "Many superdelegates were committed to me and changed their minds. Who is to say they won't change their minds again? I will not shut down this process until every superdelegate has had the opportunity to change her or his mind! There will be no censorship from our campaign! This is an issue of free speech!")

Barf! You nailed it!

Unfortunately, I can see this scenario. She is poison.

Hillary will keep buying time to stave off a mass SD move. She's not going to be happy with whatever the RBC decides next Saturday, meaning she'll take it to the next step which will give her another date to sell to the undeclared Super Delegates to wait until. Then when that comes and goes she'll have another date probably in the middle of July sometime, and then when that date comes and goes she'll say "what in the hell, we're close enough to the convention, why not just wait and see what happens there".

She wants to take this all the way to the convention, but knows she can't make that her stated goal now or the SD's would probably move en masse to Obama, so she'll keep feeding them dates 2-3 weeks away and pleading with them to wait until after that date.

I think you're right about this. I've had the same instinct. I thought more people would see this as the Clinton goalposts continued to change with the passing weeks. We try to convince ourselves that after this or that date, she'll concede or the supers will get off the fence or once MI and FL are settled on May 31st, it just keeps going.

Just because Hillary is rationalizing the reasons she should stay in doesn't mean we should.

Honolulu does not count. Honolulu is not even a state. The Democratic Party's rules, which are completely inviolate and which no one should think to question or second guess in any way, clearly state that only states count - that is, only Puerto Rico counts. That is, exactly as God intended.

And when I say "God", I just want to be clear: I mean "Jesus". Unlike certain people (who may or may not be assassinated by the time of the convention), I am not a secret Muslim.

But to keep religion out of it, only swing states count.

Not to be mistaken with swinger states, all of which Hillary's husband promotes to the full extent of the law.

Yes, the report is correct. It was expected.

It will be interesting to see what happened this week and if more SDs will endorse him, especially after the latest comments from Hillary, who is now accusing Obama and his camp to be responsible about her latest gaffe. And also about the latest of Bill Clinton accusing the media and every one else of disrespecting Senator Clinton.
Terry McAuliffe is now back on the offense to accuse the Obama camp.
Maybe I am wrong, but I don't see any signs from the Clinton campaign that they would ever concede...
