Hillary's Primary Do-Over Or I Win No Matter What
For her part, Mrs. Clinton is making a counterargument that she is winning the popular vote if Florida and Michigan are counted, and that the party’s leaders should take that into consideration before deciding which candidate to support. New York Times
Do I not know the primary rules or I'm just dense but if a correct primary do-over was funded and held in both states wouldn't all the candidates names have to go back on the ballot?
After the count where would Hillary's majority of the popular vote be then?
