Hillary: The Greatest Love of All
People who support Hillary these days cite her toughness and her grit and her stick-to-it-ness as virtues. If she were standing up for something besides herself, these would be admirable qualities: standing up for something like workers' rights, dealing with the environmental/global warming crises that threaten us all, etc. etc.
But she is only standing up for herself. In this case, such qualities are the marks of a ruthless person, not a noble one. Makes me think of the old Whitney Houston song, The Greatest Love of All or maybe of Gypsy Rose Lee's mother in Gypsy who would stop at nothing to push her daughter's career for her own benefit

Esther, this is a political campaign. The candidates are running for office. They stick up for themselves. Hillary has a long record of sticking up for other people as well. I don't think you really know Hillary enough to understand her deepest motivations. I believe she truly cares about them. You believe she doesn't. If you believe that she did that all for herself, so what? The result is the same. She works for people.

Funny you should say this now. Did anyone find it perhaps telling that only after Wright "Disrespected Obama" did Obama dump him? It apparently never bothered Obama when Wright said all that stuff before, only when he impugned Obama. Very self-centered and egotistical.
