FBI Uses Patriot Act Against Internet Archive But Loses

Haven't seen this on the blogs in the last few days and was wondering about the merits of the story.

The
Internet Archive, a project to create a digital library of the web for
posterity, successfully fought a secret government Patriot Act order
for records about one of its patrons and won the right to make the
order public, civil liberties groups announced Wednesday morning.

All I need is a real short footer and a few words before this hoopty looks like a real blog post. This is excellent news for slackers...
