It's premature. He must not know about that obscure by-law in DNC charter that stipulates that if a candidate is behind in delegates, super-delegates and popular vote, but somehow manages to win at least 90% of the vote in West Virginia, he or she will automatically get the party's nomination.

Carville's OLD strategy?
"we takes em' up the mountain, and sends them down into her nest, then after SHE eats em', we sneaks in and gets our "PRECIOUS" back again!"
Didn't seem to work, though... time for another strategy!
