Eureka!!!!!!!!
I have been sitting here pondering why Mrs. Clinton is backing a ridiculous gas tax plan and making comments like "obliterate" another country. And I have finally come up with an answer...she wants out of this race. That's it! Of course she's not going to get out of this thing if people are still voting for her ,so, she's giving people something to vote against her on.
It all makes perfect sense. It gives her a talking point and an easy way out without explanation. I mean even Joe Trippi has been saying in retrospect that he should have persuaded John Edwards to tough it out a bit longer. Although that is a might different situation. No one was voting for John anyways. But my point is is that all of this is so blatantly clear and obvious. She wants people to vote against her instead of her calling it quits. That way she never has to explain why she dropped out if she was winning or look back and kick herself for doing so.

This is very, very wrong.
To prove just how wrong this is, I propose obliterating Luxembourg, and giving taxpayers a sorely needed tax rebate of $5.50 on each gallon of gas purchased.

But Senator, first of all Luxembourg is a sovereign nation that harbors no animus towards us. Second, $5.50 rebate on every gallon of gas wou...oooohhh, I get it.

Someone elsewhere just pointed out her new Lieberman-esque style. Perhaps she's actually sick of the Dem party and is testing the waters for cross-party support for a Republican run for the WH. Her whole strategy has taken such a bizarre turn since PA that I'd entertain almost any speculation about what she's up to.
Veracifier has an blog up about Ace Smith, her new campaign strategist, and apparently a big winner for Bill in the 90's. Anyone know anything about the guy?

I'm inclined to believe that she lives inside her current opinion. That's why she can tell us about being shot at by snipers in Bosnia and then tell us that she wasn't lying when it's pointed out that she wasn't telling the truth. She sincerely believes all the bull she's shoveling. And when her opinion or her position changes, she believes THAT version of reality. Hillary is operating on a "sliding scale" version of the truth--wherever she is and whatever she says, that's the absolute truth.
In other words, I think she's seriously nuts.
