Drudge: "Supers Won't Meet With Hillary"
This one's worth keeping an eye on. According to Drudge, Hillary's not finding many takers for meetings today. If that's true, she's really done.
"CONGRESSIONAL SOURCE: Hillary having trouble finding superdelegates who will meet with her... 'No one wants to see her today'"

This is a day for phone calls. No one wants their picture taken with Clinton today. In a way, it's kind of sad. But if you live by the sword, you'll probably die by the sword.

Remember the source. Drudge might get some things right, but his occasional stumbles onto accuracy are why that saying about blind pigs was coined. Assuming it's true, then once again these undecided superdelegates are cowards who don't deserve their status. They could have ended this thing some time ago, but they won't declare in hopes it will get settled without them and they won't have to take a risk. Aside form state party officials who have to remain neutral while their states' delegates are still being allocated, they have shown themselves unworthy and should lose their status. I might change my mind on that if they met with Clinton and told her it's over, but if Drudge is right, then they won't even do that.

As far as I'm concerned, they should all lose their status. The entire notion of superdelegates is stupid.

Meh. Why not meet with her and tell her it's over? Maybe she gives a hard sell, gets all crazy-eyed and starts calling in favors from the Bill Clinton White House...

It's a bit sad that lots of folks have been citing Drudge lately, but it's interesting news nonetheless. Probably more Supers feeling like McGovern and Wes Clark, and everybody probably wants the sniping and divisiveness to stop already like Paul Begala and Donna Brazille.
