After carefuly review, DoJ Staff counsels ("you") have been issued a formal rebuke:

“We have determined you pose a domestic security threat to the Untied States and United States Constitution.”As a consequence, you are denied the presumption of competence, and have an outstanding burden to defend yourself before war crimes tribunals. Until you successfully prove your innocence, the determination stands.

All public and private records related to Department of Justice Staff counsel may, under authority of this determination, attach language that the DOJ Staff counsel pose a security threat to the US Constitution. This determination may or may not provide Staff Counsel adequate notice of specific lawful public and private consequences under this determination.

Reciprocal Legal Consequences Imposed Through Geneva

This determination is a generalized warning that you remain subject to enforcement under the laws of war. You are expressly denied any guarantee specific notice when those laws of war may or may not be enforced against you through competent war crimes tribunals.

Those who allegedly breach the Geneva Conventions – as DOJ OLC staff counsel have allegedly done – are subject to like retaliation under the Conventions. DoJ Staff counsel have allegedly refused to provide written notice to POWs. War crimes tribunals, under authority of Geneva, may impose like, reciprocal, or retaliatory actions against DOJ Staff counsel before, during, or after the trial phase.

Irrevocable Determination

Until staff counsel voluntarily comply with higher ethics standards, which include audit rights to your work products under the fraud-crime exception to the attorney-client privilege, the determination stands and cannot be revoked. If you would like to provide evidence that you are not a security threat, you shall disclose the war crimes evidence in the DOJ JCON database to proper legal authorities.

You are barred from taking any legal action that may attempt to thwart enforcement of these alleged breaches of the laws of war. Any unilateral action you, private counsel, or others may take to unilaterally revoke, remove, suppress, or destroy this determination or its foreseeable, lawful, non-violent consequences could be construed as subsequent war crimes under the laws of war.

Ongoing War Crimes Evidence Retention Requirements

You shall continue providing public updates in the JCON database on your travel plans, private and public email accounts, and other legal files.

Staff counsels are required to demonstrate competence, not complicity with war crimes planning. You are not granted any legal authority to compel any American citizens to respond to any questions, intrusions, or other alleged violations of the United States Constitution.

Any effort to bypass these data retention requirements within the JCON database could be construed as a subsequent war crime. If convicted by a competent war crimes tribunal, you could be adjudicated with the death penalty.

DoJ and US government staff counsels are reminded of their standing legal obligations to retain war crimes evidence. The evidence is part of a foreseeable subpoena. The war crimes investigation continues. There is no statute of limitations.

It might be a good idea to arrange to have someone send me a list of items that google is not indexing from this site somehow. Google is still indexing everything I put out, believe it or not, with exception of some stuff on Palestine.

I "get off" on feeling useful and that's about what I've got left to give and with a bit of grace I am still FREE. Did you see the Dellaire comments on Omar Khadr that came out today?
