Criminal or Not?
Something happened to my post and I am reposting.
We now have U.S. military members refusing to go to Iraq and stating so in direct testimony before the Congress of the United States.

For the record, it's criminal for the sergeant not to go. He didn't sign up to make policy, he signed up to execute it.

The military doesn't execute policy. That's one of the reasons why this war is and has been such a disaster - the military is being tasked with executing policy.
