Angry Black Female

avatar

1.  Just because racism exists doesn't mean I like to talk about it.  I get the fact that there are people that won't vote Obama because he is black.  I prefer to talk about the people who will vote for Obama because they think he is the best leader for this country.  STOP PICKING AMERICA'S SCAB MEDIA-ITES, HATERS AND HANNI-TITES!!!  YOU COULD BE ENDANGERING THE SAFETY OF OUR NEXT PRESIDENT.  AND EVEN IF YOU WON'T ACKNOWLEDGE HIM AS PRESIDENT AT LEAST HAVE THE RESPECT FOR THE SAFETY OF THE GOOD WHITE PEOPLE THAT WILL BE JUMPING IN FRONT OF BULLETS FOR HIM BY NOT MAKING THEIR JOB ANY MORE DIFFICULT THAN IT ALREADY IS.
2.  Can't we all just be people instead of demographics?
3. Why is being a Muslim evil?
4. A HILLARY, anywhere near an OBAMA ticket IS A BAD THING.  SHE HAS HER OWN AGENDA.  She will undermine his presidency at every turn and not stay on message.  WHY SHOULD I TRUST OBAMA if he chooses a VP that HE CAN'T TRUST??????
5. If by some miracle or scandal the nomination is taken from Obama, I will be partyless.
6. I am going to type this very slowly...if you are an individual who does not want, a black president or a female president...you are not really a democrat.  You need to go and register as a republican or form a third party.  This will eliminate a lot of confusion.  I can't guarantee that you won't get a black or female president as your nominee if you are a republican,  but there will be a lot more people in that party that will be sympathetic to your concerns.

7.  You get what you deserve.  In the end, if Hillary  wins the nomination or becomes Barack's running mate, I will stay home in November.  I will not be any worse off than I already am if MCSame is president.  And I will have my guns and religion to keep me safe and warm.

I had contemplated either voting McCain as a protest or staying home. I will do neither. I will not vote for Hillary if by some hook or crook or rook, or hoodwink or bamboozle or other tomfoolery becomes the nominee.

I will go to the polls on November 4 and get my ballot. I will use blue or black ink. I will write very clearly using my very best penmanship. I will write "Barack Hussein Obama" and the name of his running mate, on the lines where you can write in a candidate for President and Vice-President of the United States.

I would ask that you not stay home, not vote for McCain, but vote your heart and conscience and vote for Obama.

Do us all a favor and stay home in May, June, July, August, September and October too.

Good point. I forgot about the write-in option. I will write in BHO.

If Hillary gets the nomination, I'll vote for Cynthia McKinney. I don't like her as VP, but I'll still vote for the ticket. I'll roll my eyes and vote for the ticket.

My favorite of your points is this: if you are an individual who does not want, a black president or a female president...you are not really a democrat.

Which is why I am having a hard time stopping talking/thinking about race lately. Too many (and maybe I shouldn't be watching Hillary and the MSM) seem to think that those "not real democrats" are MORE important than the real democrats because they are in danger of voting for McCain.

I am not liking Hillary at all right now, as a person, but I will still vote for her in the end because I will agree with her policies more than McCain's policies.

"I will still vote for her in the end because I will agree with her policies more than McCain's policies."
But... the problem with this is that, insodoing, you're rewarding her tactics. And you're complicit in rewarding redneck racists - agreeing tha tit's ok for the Democratic Party to be held hostage to the power of these people.
How do you do that?
And how do you not do it and maybe concede the Supreme Court to the GOP?
Just a few of the reasons why it's SO important that Obama now does pull off the nomination.

inspectormerlot: You make a fair point. I am a hypocrite. I have been speaking out against the "electability" arguement and yet what I am saying is that she has a greater chance of winning because she will have both me (elitest college educated young voter) and the red neck racists. I'm saying a white centrist is just as good as the person I truly believe is the best candidate. Except, I am not saying that she is just as good. If I was saying that, I would have voted for her in the primary. I would be hoping for her to win so that we can beat McCain at all costs. I don't want to beat McCain with the "Democrat" elected by redneck racists. If I don't have a choice, I will. I hope I can somehow use her for the parts of her that are Not-Republican, without condoning her tactics. This is not an ideal situation. Let's just have Obama win instead.

aerfirmie, you've got some good points. A little over the top on the angry presentation, but I like it.

aerfirmie is a republican troll.

A black person wouldn't define themselves in such stark stereotypes.

avatar

LOL!

I'm just gonna assume you're kidding.

avatar

Sorry. No repub troll here. I canvassed for Obama. If he puts here on the ticket I will vomit.

I feel your post....Try to hang in there! If she bullies her way onto this ticket, so much for change, unless she denounces and rejects her own behaivor of the past 6-9 months.

avatar

aerfirmie, i hear you about the danger.

she knows she's making that worse, and that's the number one reason i'm glad she won't be on the november ballot. she has to know how early the secret service came in. from arkansas, she has to know about black leaders who don't publish their home addresses because of the evil that's out there.
