When Hillary gets picked on, Bill gets furious. When Barack does, Bill says "hey, it's just politics"
Does anyone recognize the double standard? Bill holds no punches when the media goes negative on Hillary. Just google "Bill Clinton slams media" or "Angry Bill".
Of course when the media attacks Barack Obama, there's no sign of Bill's maddening red face and wagging finger. Instead we get mild-mannered Bill:
"Hey I don't know what Obama's complaining about, this is just politics....there's pressure, ya just gotta handle it."I don't know what all he's whinin about, this is a rough game.

And don't forget - Hillary cries like a 2 year-old when things don't go her way!
Just what we need - a President who cries when things get tough.

Don't misunderstand me. I'm not advocating that anyone insult Hillary because of her emotions.
I just don't see anyone pressing how hypocritical Bill is being regarding the media.

When Hillary gets picked on, Obama supporters chortle (when they are not piling on themselves). When Barack does, his supporters rear up with righteous indignation.

You're absolutely right.
However, when Hillary gets picked on over inane issues (e.g., Snipergate), Obama defends her. When Obama gets picked on over inane issues (e.g., pin-gate, bitter-gate, Wright-gate, etc.), Hillary piles on.
What's more important, how the candidate's supporters act, or how the candidates themselves act?

Bill is senile and Hillary's mullet is too tight.

Playing the media is now one of the biggest aspects of political campaigning. So I wouldn't expect Bill to defend Obama to the media - it would effectively be campaigning for him.

Bill gets furious when someone sneezes at one of his speeches these days... ("How dare you! Do you want to get up here and give this speech?!?")
Jeez-Louise is he off-putting when he's not on your side!!
