QUESTIONS for Hans von Spakovsky
Hans von Spakovsky, voter-suppressor-extraordinaire, will be speaking to The Federalist Society at USC Law School on Thursday, April 3rd. I am tempted to go and ask a ton of snarky questions, but can't really be that rude in front of professors/in public, really. SO, I decided pointed yet truthful questions are appropriate, such as, "Why is it that you based the entirety of your recent Heritage Foundation article (http://www.heritage.org/Research/LegalIssues/lm22.cfm) on a twenty-year-old case that did not result in a single indictment, much less prosecution?" or "Please explain to me your plan for making voter identifications readily available to people who may not have extra money hanging around to go purchase an id, just to exercise their constitutional right to vote?"
Any suggestions?
