Operation Chaos Is DANGEROUS
Operation Chaos is the conservative talk radio ploy
to incite non democrats to trespass into the democratic
primary and offset the votes of true democrats.
This is cheating and worse. Any tampering of any aspect
of our election process is opening a dangerous door.

Hey-- I posted on this about a month ago (Democratic Party victim of CHAOS), and basically people felt it was no big deal. I was pretty shocked by how public the effort is, and how (dare I say it) UNAMERICAN! For a bunch of ardent flag-wavers (and pin-wearers) to interfere with our democratic process is the worst form of hypocrisy.
Thanks for bringing it up.

I wholly agree with you. When I went to my precinct caucus in Texas, a woman there proudly told me that she'd voted Clinton b/c she was a Republican and wanted to cause trouble. I said that this goes against the spirit of elections, and she said something along the lines of, "hey, it's not illegal, so what? We do what it takes to WIN!"
Maybe it *is* legal (in some states) to cross over specifically to foul the other party's election process. But it's sure as hell not honorable. And many Democrats make the arguable statement that if playing dirty is what it takes to win, then we should play dirty too.
I hope that's not the case. I hope that instead, we can expose the dirty tricks of the other side and get so many people behind playing HONORABLY that we can establish the Democratics as the party of honor.
Heaven knows we need one. Because, as E Grayboy noted, the worse we subvert out own democracy, the less we'll have left of anything worth winning.
